Narve Hansen has a long career within entrepreneurship, product development and marketing, contributing to building strong Norwegian brands such as Skandiabanken, BankAxept and Vipps. Until recently, he held the position as Director Global Business Development and Collaboration in one of the worlds' leading startup accelerators Antler.

His extensive global network will be vital when building and developing the NOW Accelerator.

The accelerator is industry driven and has strong partners. On board are Equinor, Fred Olsen Seawind, Ørsted, Hafslund Eco, Deep Wind Offshore, EDF, Corio Generation, Subsea 7, Å Energi, Seagust and Vattenfall.

Today Narve is in charge of building relationship and collaboration between corporate partners and the founders through networks, hackathons and engaging in test pilots. His passion is to improve the value proposition for the customer, explore new opportunities with new business models and technologies with the focus on making this world a better place. Narve has also worked with many great corporate companies like BankAxept (national payment scheme in Norway), Vipps (Payment wallet in the Nordic), Willis, Experian, Skandiabanken (First internet bank in Norway), Huawei, Gjensidige (Insurance) and Orkla Finans (Capital Investment company).

Selected Highlights:

• Established an innovation network for banks, retail, and telecom sector in the Nordic to inspire and initiate innovation and collaboration projects with more than 100 partners.
• Built a loyalty company in Mexico for golfers with the best golf courses, hotels, and spa with HSBC and Mastercard as our main clients.
• Head of innovation within BankAxept and Vipps and built a new collaboration culture between the three merging companies: BankAxept, Vipps and BankID.
• Established innovation collaborations projects between large corporate partners like Cisco, Alibaba, Phillips, Huawei, Experian, IBM and Tieto
• Serve as an advisor and mentor for startups globally.

Narve has more than 30 years of experience within in the financial sector and acquired broad experience as a manager and consultant within international business, Innovation, product development, sales, and marketing. He has also more than 10 years of experience as an entrepreneur building companies in Latin America and Norway.
